Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payments via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment by credit or debit card - please check their payment page during the checkout process.

Payment can be made using a wide range of cards supported by PayPal. Payment will be deducted by them when you confirm your card details. If you do not wish to pay online, you may contact us by phone and we will take your card information.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling We regret that we can only accept orders for delivery to the UK Mainland

Orders over £80 are shipped free of charge. For orders under £80 there is a charge of £8.
Delivery Schedule Please allow at least 3 working days for delivery as our goods are produced to order to ensure maximum freshness.
Ideally, allow us as much notice as possible to ensure an exact delivery date, especially if your order is for a special occasion.

Deliveries are on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - anytime between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

Orders are delivered using a next day courier service, in specially insulated boxes with ice packs when necessary, keeping your goods chilled for 24 hours.

Please note that delivery dates may be affected by public and bank holidays.

We cannot specify an exact time for delivery but when you place an order, please provide special instructions for the courier should you happen to be out, such as “leave with neighbour” or “put in garage” or have the products delivered to your work address.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Tax Charges All food items offered for sale on this site are currently VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
